Pc Perk Overhauls

So I'm planning on getting a Pc in a year's time, and I'm making a list of the mods to install.

Unfortunately I can't decide on a perk overhaul; personally I'm leaning towards Ordinator, but Vokrii has grabbed my attention.

So my question to you guys is which would one you choose/prefer.

If you have a different preferred perk overhaul please tell me in the comments.

Thanks in advance.

  • If you want to take a deep dive, I can always recommend Requiem. Though it's really more of a complete game overhaul, with the perk overhaul only being part of it.

  • I second what Sir Floopy says. If you want an all encompassing overhaul for Skyrim that will revolutionize the game give Requiem a try.

  • If you really want to change the game a wholelot, take my advice, don't use requiem. It is incompatible to a whole lot of mods and believe me I have had my fair share of incompatibilities including completely destroying my game 3 times.

Ordinator is a fresh new experience while vokrii is a vanilla+ mod which expands upon vanilla perks.

In my opinion, if you really want to get a good perk overhaul, get ordinator. It is completely compatible with a whole lot of mods and does not cause save bloats. And while you're at it download all the mods of this great guy. He is also the author of ordinator and vokrii in case you didn't know.

    • Requiem is one of those mods that demands it’s place at the center of any load order. That being said one has to start with requiem and build their mod list around it. Legacy of the Dragonborn is a lot like that as well.

Ordinator and Vokrii are awesome overhauls in their own right. But only gripe with them is that they don’t teally affect anyone aside from the player. Granted there is a work around to that in the form of a mod called ASIS which unlocks all perks and allows all npcs to utilize modded perks relevant to their skill sets.

    • Requiem is essentially an entirely new game. If you try to shoehorn in all the other gameplay mods you use, or disregard Requiem's own compatibility warnings, the experience will suffer. Requiem does change the game a whole lot, far more than Ordinator or Vokrii. But you have to treat it right and follow the instructions if you want to include other gameplay mods with it.
