first and for most welcome to the SkyForge! We’re glad to have you here. Unfortunately PS4 players will likely never have access to any of the popular overhauls seen in many of our modded builds. Sony’s stance on mods is such that they do not allow mods using external assets. Ps4 modders are therefor forced to work solely with assets available in the vanilla game.
Despite these limitations there are some pretty amazing gameplay mods out there for the Ps4. Do some exploring. I’m sure you’ll find something interesting out there

KTo clarify once more you’re lookin for mods similar to what you’ve listed or those exact mods themselves?
If it’s the latter I’m afraid none of those mods would be available on Ps4 as they all use external assets.
You might maybe be able to find something similar to Honed Metal because all it’s doing is allowing certain NPCs to craft and improve, or enchant items for you. But then again you may not. Honed Metal requires a script extended mod to work which is a third party program

Perhaps the following may be what you are looking for:
Ordinator/Morningstar - Aetherius (Race Overhaul), Mundus (Standing Stone Overhaul), Mysticism (Magic Overhaul), and Adamant (Perk Overhaul). All are by the same author, and ties together fairly well.
Wintersrun - No true alternative, but Mundus/Mysticism from the above section does change/add bonuses when you pray at shrines.
Sacrosanct - Vampires and Magic is the most popular, but it does not play well with any other vampire mods. Alternatives include Shades of Night, Strange Magic Exploration EX Final, and Strange Magic Exploration Sequel.
Summermyst/Honed Metal/Vigilant/Lilith's Harbinger/Simply Sword Collection - Unfortunately, these are not possible on PS4 at this time, due to scripts and external assets.
Kynereeve Armor - Re-Color Project / Replacer may be your best bet. External assets. Maybe check out the CC armor alternatives.
Skyrim Revamped/Wildcat - Smilodon, Immersive Movement, You Must Die, and Athletik. Choose one, although Smilodon and Immersive Movement can work together, there's a patch to make it run smoothly.
