Hello this is my first build here , this build is one i made because i love reading so this is based on books , the dark librarian is a breton vampire it is kinda like a monk that uses illusion , sneak , alteration and restoration as the main skills
Backstory: A old breton scholor who traveled around tamriel looking for knowledge goes to skyrim to look for knowledge on dark magic , holy magic , blood magic and everything inbetween he will do anything he needs to get his hands on any books he can find he finds the eye of magnus intresting and wants to find it but he winds up going on adventures all across skyrim while in the rift he finds a cave he enters he is intreged by everything going on in there he at first is on the side of the hunters but after a while he becomes a vampire due to the immortality being able to help him get more knowledge and by proxy more power
Quest Lines: the dawngaurd dlc , hunters but he turns into a vampire after beating harkon
the theives guild for sneak and more ability to get out of trouble
mages college for more power and knowledge he hates arcano because he belives knowledge is for all who study it but he wants a more complex library that the dominion wont be able to take
skills : alteration - maxed
restoration - maxed
sneak - maxed
illusion - as high as you want this isnt really that much needed same with other skills
armor : he wears a suit of black mage armor with a bosmer full cape enchanted with fortify alteration , restoration and conjuration you can add any other enchantments you want
