Khajiit has just Started to Mod Skyrim SE on PC! Previously on PS4... While there are some good mods on the Playstation there are no Great ones like on PC!! But the selection of mods for Skyrim SE on the PS4 is quite good for what they are! And NO Khajiit has no wares! LOL.
