I believe anyone can start an event (hope I'm right) that is different from "contests" (which are more competitive, with judges, etc...). You can propose an event and if you have enough people interested, then it's on!

  And how can I propose an event? I actually do have an event that I would like to consider trying out and see if I can attract enough people to do it. Since you mentioned it, how often Skyforge hold these build "contests" with competitive judges and all that?
