What Build are you Proudest of?

I was just wondering, from those of you who have built characters for Skyrim or other TES games before, which build is your favorite? This can mean which one did you have the most fun building/testing, which one you think produced the best final product, etc.

  • Difficult decision between my Nightingale Swordsman and Last Dragonborn.

Looking back, I think what made these builds great is while they were simple they had a lot of depth. You could get right into the intended playstyle without spending hours searching around for artifacts/grinding for perks and spells but they still grew over the playthrough. Combat flowed nicely without too much menuing and the RP side was interesting enough to keep things going.

    • Those are great choices for sure. Though if I had to pick my favorite from you it’d be the Nightguard hands down. I spent many many hours enjoying that build.

    • Hm, interesting. I’ve always believed your Paladin to be the best and my favorite.

  • Just made my first build so with not a lot to choose from that is my favorite!!!!

  • The Dwemer Scholar was my very first build, and I'm proud for having actually posted it. Which, if any of you know me, is nothing short of a miracle.

I'm hoping my next build will take it's spot though.

  • My only (published) build, the Morag Tong assassin. I was inspired a good amount by Mason's one from the original Skyrim Blog, but I feel like my iteration updated it to the modern standard, given that his worked based on the old, now patched, bug that made the Ebony Blades scale with One Handed, as well as incorporating content from all DLCs. It's an assassin that's versatile enough to not crutch on stealth damage, which I really enjoyed playing and writing.

    • I personally think your version is even better than Mason’s.

      • I agree.

  • Assassini/Assassino throughout every single update or rework I did with it (like 5 times now lmaoooo), I don't think any of my other builds are even memorable enough in other minds to qualify either.

    • It is definitely a very awesome one.
