"Promise not to bleed on my suit, and I'll kill you quickly"

This build is based on the Spy class of Team Fortress 2. The Robotics Expert acts as the sapper when dealing with robots. While this build may do fine in vanilla gameplay, it will do better with the DLCs Old World Blues and the Gun Runner's Arsenal.

Story: 'Where did he come from?' 'Who is he?' 'Is he even human?' Questions everyone asks about you. All rumors say that when an enigma of a man comes, someone dies. Some said you were the Mysterious Stranger because some of your victims died from pistol shots, but some others died from surgical-style cuts to the back. Other rumors say that you killed hundreds of men, but only a handful of women. Whoever you are, to learn your identity is a death sentence.

SPECIAL: Strength 5, Perception 6, Endurance 4, Charisma 6, Intelligence 6, Agility 7, Luck 6

Traits: Built to Destroy, Fast Shot, Small Frame, and/or Skilled

Tag Skills: Sneak, Guns, Melee Weapons

Major Skills: Sneak, Guns, Melee Weapons

Minor Skills: Repair, Science, Lockpick, and Unarmed: for the perks Slayer and Piercing Strike

Perks: Lady Killer, Educated, Gunslinger, The Professional, Mister Sandman, Robotics Expert, Silent Running, Sniper, Light Step, Ninja, Grim Reaper's Sprint, Finesse, Better Criticals, Slayer, Piercing Strike

Extra Perks: Chemist (After the Intelligence Implant and for making the Stealth boys last longer), Mysterious Stranger (Think of it as honor among strangers)

Equipment:

Small blades, like Chance's Knife or Figaro

Any revolver pistols. The Mysterious Magnum is fitting.

Important to have a 10mm pistol with the silencer mod until you get Sleepytime

Leather armor until you get the Chinese Stealth Armor, or Stealth suit Mk II. Or you could go for any fancy suit if you want to look dapper. It would be wise to have several clothes to wear when mingling with the public, like a Wasteland outfit, a Pre-War casual-wear, even faction clothing for infiltration missions.

Plenty of Stealth Boys

Implants: M-5, Endurance, Agility, Intelligence, and Strength

Companion: Lilly for her perk, Stealth girl. Rose and Veronica are handy when dealing with multiple up-close enemies, and you enjoy the company of women.

Factions: Mr. House would be fitting because it would make sense he would employ a specialist who would sabotage the NCR and Legion and leave no evidence that points to him.

Recommended Quests: You prefer to do work for women, such as You Can Depend on Me, Heartache by the Number, and I Could Make You Care.

For DLCs, do Old Worlds Blues' Project X-13 to get and upgrade the Stealth suit Mk 11, and Dead Money where you plunder the Sierra Madre vault and put your blade between Father Elijah's shoulder blades.

Gameplay: Other than the Main Quests, there are two kinds of quests you do; the kind where you stay quiet, remain unseen, getting into areas by picking locks or hacking terminals and picking off one enemy at a time. And the quests you accept from women. You are a gentleman, of course. But if you need caps and XP and requires dealing with enemies that outmatch you in numbers and/or level, that's what companions are for.

When dealing with enemies, and when possible, sneak into their blind-spots, pull out your favorite assassination weapon, and let the sneak attack criticals do the rest. But if you want to have fun, place an explosive in their inventory and stand back.

And more importantly, make sure women are the last to die. Again, you are a gentleman.
