MACILE CLAN 

Founded during the First Era by an Altmer Magic Archer named Hinille Macile. During that time, he took on several missions that would see him to glory in High Rock.  He was a member of the Direnni Dynasty who would go on missions for the group and would be paid handsomely for his services. When the Direnni decided to immigrated to High Rock in the early First Era, Hinille went along with them to which he uses his abilities to help the Direnni take control of the land from the Nedes people who are a race of man and enslaved them. Following this, Hinille was promoted into a higher position of power in the Dynasty which from there he founded the pre-curser to the Witch Hunter known as the Les Esclavagistes Breton for “The Enslavers” or Aldmeri “Dorei-Tachi” whichever way it is translated; this group was a ruthless band that went around enslaving many Nedes for Direnni Dynasty. It wasn’t until the later Second Era that the clan moved towards the values of what the Clan is in Modern day. When Arnuel Macile took over for his grandfather, he changed the target of clan from enslaving Nedes to hunting Monsters across Tamriel. This was due to the loss of his parents at the hands of Dreugh a powerful Aquatic race. And as the years go by, the Macile Clan grew even larger with its Monster Hunter unit dividing into 4 key divisions; Monster Hunter, Dark Magic Hunter, Undead/Ghost Hunter and Dederic Hunter and from then on, the Macile Clan became known as a Witch Hunter family. 

Backstory 

Born to the Macile Clan; a clan of powerful witchhunters native to the Provine of High Rock. It was the year 3E 267 a time when The Wood Elf, Cameron Usurper tried to capture High Rock, parents Wilstar and Eline Macile welcomed Relnd Macile into the world near the city of Wayrest. 

Raised in the fields of Gavaudon, Relnd was taught the Clan’s techniques in the art of hunting witches or evil magic users. He excelled most especially in the field of destruction magic. By the age 15 Relnd Mastered all the clan's art and began his career as a witchhunter. Relnd was seen as a prodigy and has never failed a mission he was sent on. This drew jealousy amongst his peers who sought to destroy him. 

In the 3E 433 at 166 years old, Relnd was not aging. This was due to the fact that his side of the Clan is desended from a Vampire, Jeanciele Macile and unlike his father, inherited the gene in its active form thus, born as a Demi-Vampire--all the magical power, none of the weaknesses.  This caused a massive de-colorization of the pigmentation of his eyes. Due to this, his enemies within the clan began to plot his downfall. In the year 4E 200 Relnd received a mission to kill witches known as Hagravens found in Markarth, Skyrim. He was stationed in Hammerfell at the time following a mission. However, as he was crossing the border, he was captured by Imperial General Tullius who had receive a report stating Relnd was gonna join the stormcloaks in the civil war. This was a lie by members of the clan and as a result, he was excommunicated from the clan. 

GUILDS 

Macile Clan

Are a Clan of Master witch hunters who goes out and hunt all forms of magical adomalities. The Clan is divided into 4 divisions with each lead by a Witcher who are the absolute masters of their craft. These divisions are Monster Hunters, Dark Magic Hunters, Undead/Ghost Hunters and Dederic Hunters.  Each division work independently of each other only coming together for clan meetings and promotion exams. Promotion inside each division is determined by a member's mission completion rate and by the Witcher. Low ranked member showing any skill that matches the style of one of the division are recruited into that division by the Witcher. However if member shows skills in all fields, then that member gets to choose which division they want to join.

Follow his escape from Imperial capture Relnd a former holder of the Wizard Hunter rank in the clan’s Dark Magic Hunter Division, became a Bounty hunter for the city of Markarth taking on bounty request whenever available and when there is none, he focuses on making potions to sell around the city. He eventually joined the Jarl’s court as a Thane of the city. (don’t become thane in no other city. Whiterun is the only exception if doing the main quest).  As Thane, Relnd was put in charge of the Foresworn battles with constant patrols in foresworn control areas

College of Winterhold 

Relnd decided to seek permission from the Jarl to attend the College of Winterhold to improve his magical abilities to better challenge all the witches he will hunt in the Reach or on his travels.  

Lectures
There are 6 schools of magic. 3 attacking and 3 supportive. Each supportive school is paired with 1 of the attacking school. These are:
1. Destruction and Restoration
2. Illusion and Alteration
3. Conjuration and Enchanting
However if students want to engage in 2 attacking and supportive schools or 2 supportive and 1 attacking schools or 2 attacking and 2 supportive schools, must consult with the respective head of department for each school to see if there are any conflicts with class scheduling.
Classes
Students must choose an attack school of magic to determine what kind of mage they will be after graduation. After which, students must choose what mage they will be in that attacking school of chose. Therefore, students of the:
1. Destruction School must choose between ice, fire and shock magic to specialize in.
2. Conjuration School must choose between Summoning and Necromancy.
3. Illusion School must choose between being a pacifier or a manipulator.
Students who achieve level 50 in their respective attacking school are allowed to take quest being given out by the Librarian. Any additional quest taken must be reported to the Head of Department to add to your credit for graduation. The more additional quest done the more chances of graduating early. Please note, all additional quest done must be a quest given to them by a priest or court mage if not it must be magical in nature. Any quest complete that doesn’t fit that criteria will not be credited to you.

For students who wish to join the college after graduation, there is a path for upward mobility. And this path entails
1. Destruction Mages looking to join the Destruction School after graduation must find the Deadric Artifact The Wabbajack.
2. Conjuration Mage looking to join the Conjuration School must find the Deadric Artifacts The Sanquine Rose.
3. Illusion Mages looking to join the Illusion School must find the Deadric Artifact Skull of Corruption.
4. Students that Mastered Restoration and are looking to join the Restoration School must find the Deadric Artifact The Dawnbreaker
5. Students that Mastered Alteration and are looking to join the Alteration School must find the Deadric Artifact The Spellbreaker.
6. Students that Mastered Enchanting and are looking to join the Enchanting School must find the Deadric Artifact The Oghma Infinium.
Staff
College Employees for them to see upward mobility and continue to receive funding for all research projects must complete either 1 or all of the following:
1. Lost to the Ages. Staff members must look into mystery that surrounds this legend and unravel it. (Illusion and Alteration staff members)
2. Forbidden Legend. Staff members must figure this legend and acquire Gauldur Amulet. (For Destruction and Restoration staff members)
3. Dragon Priest. Staff members must find all mask belonging to these ancient figures and unravel their mystery. (For Conjuration and Enchanting Staff members)
Staff members looking to become Professors must gain level 90 in any of the field of magic they wish to teach in and to become the new Head of Department they must gain Level 100 and complete mastery of that particular School of Magic.

Warlock - Do the Mzuflt in main story and earn Savos Aren's Amulet and achieve level 90 in all fields choosen in classes and do master quest for said fields. (Cultist Robes, Boots, Gloves and Enchanted Gold Ruby Ring with Rank name)

Mage -  Do the Midden and earn the Mage's Circlet and achieve level 70 in all fields choosen in classes. (Cultist Robes, Boots, Gloves and Enchanted Gold Saphire Ring with Rank name)

Neophyte - Fellglow Keep and earn boost to your magical abilities. Achieve level 50 In any subject field of choice. (Cultist Robes, Boots, Gloves and Enchanted Gold Ring with rank name)

College Administration 

Professor -  Do Dragon Priest, Staff members must find all mask belonging to these ancient figures and unravel their mystery and the mask Konahrik and achieve level 90 in all fields choosen in classes. (Master robes)

Administrator - Do either Lost to the Ages, Staff members must look into mystery that surrounds this legend and unravel it and achieve level 75 in all fields choosen in classes. (Expert Robes)

Researcher - Forbidden Legend, Staff members must figure out this legend and acquire Gauldur Amulet. Achieve level 50 In any subject field of choice. (Adept Robes)

Senior Student - Do Under Saartal. (Upon reaching level 50 in any subject students wishing to join staff must choose between College Security or College Administration). (Apprentice Robes)

Student - Do First Lesson. (Novice Robes)  

Must not join no other guild other from the Dawnguard or The Vampire Clan (only join the vampires if you want take him down a dark path far from his family values and if that is the case then you are free to join evil clans like the dark brotherhood or the thieves' guild). Join either one after becoming a Senior Scholar (don’t finish the Winterhold questline until after finishing the Dawnguard DLC in other words, do all other main and guild quest before completing the Winterhold quest. Effectively making it your true main quest you becoming the Arch-mage to end the game)

Roles Played in the Dawnguard 

There 4 Corps in the Dawnguard. Each Corps is identified by the color of their armor. These are Red, Blue, Black and White.
WHITE HEAVY DAWNGUARD ARMOR
Members wearing this armor are in the Witch Hunting Corps. These members are typically a pure mage or pure archer or a wayfarer (a combination of both). They use the Dwarven Cross Bows on their missions.
RED LIGHT DAWNGUARD ARMOR
Members wearing this armor are in the Bounty Hunting Corps. These members go around from Hold to Hold carrying out Bounty request where possible. They typically wield The Dawnguard War Axe on missions.
BLUE HEAVY DAWNGUARD ARMOR
Members wearing this armor are in the Deadra Hunting Corps. They hunt down all Deadric Artifacts and kill all Deadra worshippers. They are typically battle-mages who wield the standard issue Dawnguard War Axe in one hand and shock magic in the other.
BLACK HEAVY DAWNGUARD ARMOR
Members wearing this armor are in the Beast Hunting Corps. This Corps are in charge of hunting down Werewolves, Werebears and any other creatures they suspect to be of this nature. They are typically Barbarians who wield The standard issue Dawnguard WarHammer.
Each Corps is headed by a Corps Commander. The ranks within each Corps are the same. These ranks are:

PROMTION
To gain promotion to each rank a must complete a mission from the Leader of the Dawnguard. The amount increase after each progression. Recruits must complete 2 missions. Fighters must complete 5 mission. Slayers must complete 15 missions. Master Slayer must complete 25 missions. Elites are the true field specialists and to be considered for promotion Elites must complete 1000 missions.
QUEST
Each member must take on a Vampire hunting quest from their Corps Commander directly or seen put up on quest boards at Headquarters. These are the quest that leads to a mission from the Leader and eventually promotion in each Corps. Taking on certain vampire classes will earn bigger rewards and faster upward movement. They could even given u promotion early before a mission from the Leader. Fhese vampires are:
Fledgling – the weakest of vampire classes killing these won’t yield much in the Corps.
Blooded Vampire – these are strong vampires that could kill a member who is unprepared. Killer these vampires is equivalent to 1 mission from the Leader.
Mistwalker Vampire – these Vampires if approached, must do so with caution. Members who are of the rank of fighter or higher can engage but recruits must flee. Killing these Vampire is equivalent to 2 missions from the Leader. However, if a recruit is lucky this is equivalent to 4 missions from the Leader.
Nightstalker Vampire – These vampires are strictly to be taken on by Slayers and above. And will be equivalent to 6 missions from the Leader.
Ancient Vampire – these vampires are for Master Slayers and above. Very dangerous very deadly. Kill them is equivalent to 10 mission by the Leader.
Volkihar and Nightlord Vampires – these vampire are the absolute deadlines of all Vampire and are strictly just for the Elites. Killing them is equivalent to 50 missions for Volkihar Vampires and 70 missions for Nightlord Vampires from the Leader.
SKILL LEVEL
Members of Corps must also have a certain skill before each promotion. These are are:
1. Witch Hunting Corps – members who are pure mage must have the passive abilities of Aspect of Terror to be promoted to Slayer and Necromage to be promoted to Elite Slayer. Members who focuses on pure archery must be able to move quickly with their bows to be promoted to Slayer and fire quick shots in a bind in order to be promoted to Elite Slayer. Wayfarers must develop the passive abilities of Aspect of Terror and Necromage for promotion to Slayer. Magic Resistance another passive ability must be developed and must be able to summon a wolf to fight alongside them as well as develop their quick shots and fast bow movement to be promoted to Elite Slayer in the Corps.
2. Bounty Hunting Corps – members must have Armsman at peak levels in order to be promoted to Slayers. And must improve their fighting stance in order to savagely decapitate vampires to be promoted to Elite Slayer.
3. Deadra Hunting Coprs – members usage of the axe must be at peak levels all the while improving the fighting stances for savage strikes on vampires before promotion to Slayer. And members must develop the passive abilities Necromage, Magic Resistance and Spell absorption before promotion to Elite Slayer.
4. Beast Hunting Corps – members must have the abilities at peak levels in order to be promoted to Slayer. Must also improve their stance enough to be able to launch a devastating blow to their opponents and must further their skill in order to perform a sweep to kill multiple targets at once for promotion to Elite Slayer.


NB: members in both the Magic class Corps must wear hoods instead of the standard helmet. Apprentice Hood for Deadra Hunting Corps members and Adept Hood for Witch Hunting Corps members.
Also note: members who brings along a follower must have their follower dressed in the Corps Armor that you joined or in the Corps that matches their fighting style

Play Style 

Relnd being trained in the arts of his Clan, uses Destruction magic and bows (cross bows if joined the Dawnguard) when dealing with witches or Necromancers. Before he engages, his sneaks up on his target and use his bow to snipe them out from a far only switching to his preferred combat style Destruction magic when discovered. If discovered, he first bombards them with Fireballs from a far and as they come closer, he switches to Chain Lightening to turn their bodies to ash. Chain Lightening his also his preferred spell when in buildings and caves and Fireballs are for open field battles. 

Volkihar Clan 

This is a fraction of the oldest and most powerful vampires in skyrim. There are 2 groups within the fraction. These are the Vampire Knights and Vampire Mages. 

Vampire Knights 

This group is headed by the the Nord Orthjolf and is a group which consists of warriors who Mastered the sword and shield in battle. This unit wears the Red Vampire Armor complete with Ebony Helmet, Gauntlets and Boots. This group has 4 ranks. These are:

This group is headed by Vingalmo and is a pure magic group. All members wear the White Vampire Armor with the Vampire Gloves. It’s also has Ranks these are:

Moreover, members of the Volkihar reports directly to the Lord Harkon. These members carry out task for the lord and the ranks are vital to clan. There are ranks where the members fall in these are:

Alchemy 100 - no perks taken. 

Speech 100 – only left side of the branch 

Sneak 100 – take up to silent role (only if illusion was chosen as preferred attacking magic style if not take all perks) on the left side and up to deadly aim on the right. 

Blacksmith 100 – take arcane blacksmith and the entire right side of the tree 

Archery 100 – take all 5 points in overdraw and that’s is. 

Illusion 50 – get quiet casting and aspect of terror. 

Alteration 50 – get level 2 in magic resistance. 

Restoration 100 – get Necromage. 

Destruction 100 – all perks in lightening branch but just the first perk in the other element disciplines as well get up master perk. And of course, dual casting and impact. (Ensure you get necromage and aspect of terror before investing perks in the elemental disciplines) 

Enchanting 100 – just the fire enhancer and all middle branch.

Weapons and Enchantments 

Weapon 

Macile Clan issues an Ebony Bow after completing Clan’s training course.  However, as a member gets promoted up the ranks in the clan they can use any bows of course.

Enchantments 

Clothing as a powerful 100% reduction in destruction magic on it. While the gauntlets have 50% bow damage and boots have 50% carry weight. As for Jewel rings are enchanted with 500 additional health. The Macile clan worships Julianous and always wears his neckless. But after spending time in the reach Relnd started worshiping Dibella. The hood has 500 additional magicka points. After joining the college, Relnd re-enchanted his gear to have the gauntlets having 500 points in magicka and boots have 50% of magic resistance. Joining the dawngaurd because of his training at the colloge Relnd no need to add magicka enchantment on his gear but kept the destruction to ensure his bow does not run out of Fire enchantments, he enchantment his armor with 500 health and secondary effect was 100 % heavy armor, the gloves with 300% bow damage, the boots have 50 % magic resistance and secondary effect was 300 points of carry weight. Worship of Dibella was banded in the order so he returned to worshipping Julianous. (Enchanted ring with anything you want).
