Enemies with infinite life at the start of the game

I went to start a new save in skyrim, when I get to the part where I leave the village, there are enemies on the way, so when I go to attack them, they are with infinite life, it does not go down at all.

I have already started a new save several times and it continues in the same way, I have uninstalled and installed skyrim several times and it continues the same thing.

 

If someone had this same problem you can help me.
