Help - the Forsworn Conspiracy will not end.

Posted by Jake Johnson on October 30, 2026 at 6:55am

I am playing on a Playstation 5.

I am at the point where I should be arrested in the Temple of Talos, ending the Forsworn Conspiracy and beginning No One Escapes Cindha Mine.

However, the guards will not arrest me.

I have already tried:

1) Travelling to Riverwood, entering the inn, waiting 72 hours

2) Committing a small crime (No One Escapes Cindha Mine does not start.

What do I need to do to get the arrest to trigger?
