STILL UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION AND PLAYTESTING!!!
A roleplaying build inspired by the character Aatami Korpi from the movie Sisu who in turn is inspired by the Finnish Sniper Simo Hayha and the 1982 film First Blood.
Backstory:
The Immortal was born in New California in the year 2229, he enlisted into the NCR military when he was just 19 years old in the year 2248 (He's 52). In the year 2253, he was apart of the first three NCR Battalions to enter the Mojave Wasteland due to 38 NCR citizens being massacred by mojave raiders. He distinguished himself as a noble soldier fighting aganist these mojave raiders on the battlefield. By the time he was 41 however, he retired from service after 22 years of service in the NCR Miltiary (2270). Also this was the year that the NCR under Kimball complete the extirpation of tribes around Bullhead City seizing it for the NCR and becoming a national hero for Kimball, the Immortal was wounded in action during this battle and honorably discharged from service by Wendell Petersen who congratulated him for his service during his tenure in the first three battalions against the mojave raiders. The Immortal becomes Prospector around this time after his service in the NCR Military and begins exploring old world ruins for pre-war tech and junk to sell back to the NCR officials for some caps or NCR Dollars. By October 2281, he takes a job as a courier and the rest as you know captured by Benny amubhsed by the Khans and then taken hostage to Goodpsrings Cemetary. Where he was shot twice in the head and hte platinum chip was stolen from him between October 8-11.

Work-in-progress Notes:
- Needed to increase Intelligence by 1 or 2 from 4 in order to meet the requirement for repair (hand loader) perk by level 6.As 4 intelligence with hot-blooded perk was not able to reach the required skill level with only 66 points in repair. with the needed 70 skillpoints to get hand loader perk.
- Had to adjust a few stats. Strength down 1, Luck down 2 and agility up 1. I'll try it with this character to see if this is good now and can reach 70 by level 6 to take Handloader without taking skilled trait.
