Perks
The beauty of this build is that you dont need many perks (exept if you want to go at hight levels or legendary difficulty)
One handed fallow the axe branch to buff the bleeding effect
Sneak your gear is really light so it wouldn't be too hard to scale this part exept for sneak attack
Pickpocket is the tricky part , you NEED the reverse pickpocket perk so maybe a bit of training could be good if you prefer
Alteration i only leving up by using ocato's recital coupled with stone flesh
The craftingt arts
Alchemy even if it's not necessary i maxed the poison branch and take the experimenter perk
During my playthrought i only used 3 poisons
weakness to fire ( applied on the axe)
paralysis
lingering health + paralysis
Smithing take up expert smiting (orchish) and arcane smithing
Enchanting only the two first perks, i only needed to bought 4 grand soul gems during the whole game
Cooking using the mod cooking gourmet overhaul i didn't have to use health neither stamina potion most important with the anniversary edition poison apples are back you just need a ranndom apple and add a shockeberry branch( sold sometime by the caravan's tradder and Babette) and tada you get your little help for poisoing your victim
Gameplay
You are a cook seeking for revenge , driving mad by jealousy and the success of YOUR book , you are the one who desserve fame and glory not your stupid brother.
At the begining you act sneaky before each kill, you have almost no protection you're fast but squeashy,later select carefully who you want to poison ( i recommand the few targets who stay in plain side from the dark brotherhood questline)
You are not suppose to be the dragonborn but if you want to go this way i will take the shout marked for death,
Quests
Soon as possible the taste of death, then join the dark brotherhood . Between that you can do the fishing quest as longer as you want ( i stopped early because i got quickly the ring of Phinaster)

chef hat enchanted with fortify alchemy
chef tunique with hunger effet ( nearby ennemy will loose health)
shrouded gloves and shoes already enchanted with improved sneack attack and muffled)
Jewelery
Ring of Namira Stamina is increased by 50 points. Feeding on corpses grants you increased Health and Health regeneration.
Chef medal , a plain gold collar enchanted with recharge weapon and you will never need to charge your weapon
Weapon
an orc war axe it's got a hidden bleed effect plus looking really good enchanted with lingering fire dommage
human 's heart or poisoned apple that you can reverse pickpocketing before to attack
Notes
Mora is a kind of jack of all trade with the crafting arts without mastering anything , hungry for revenge,
Against regular mobs the axe ,or as i renammed the chef cleaver, was enought
Bandit chief or the special targets i use the weakness to fire poison and i keept the poison for toughter or special target
Despite the rarityof some important ingredients,
you'll quick become stronger, even face toes to toes a dragon without problems
I also collected all the Uncommon tastes booksfor roleplay reasons
It was great to have a simple objective during my game , kill the false gourmet
