Backstory and History:
Born in the year 4E170 on 15th of Evening Star in Cheydinhal, Nibenay, Cyrodiil to an Imperial father named Meciro Winter-Veins a powerful Battle-Mage for the Imperial Army and a Nord mother Torevi Flame-Shaper a powerful Battle-Mage from Riften who joined the Imperial Army. They named their daughter Fenevi Winter-Veins in hopes that she would one day become a powerful mage in her own right. Her great-grand father Yngnmor Winter-Veins was a nobleman from Winterhold. He was the Master Wizard at the College of Winterhold but left following the great collapse that nearly destroyed the city. In the year 4E122 of the on the 6th of Frostfall, he along with his wife, Rigmde Fair-Voice a Bard at the inn who at that time, was pregnant with their first child, migrated to Cyrodiil where he took up office at the College of Whispers, becoming Master Wizard in a mere 2 months after joining. Their son was born soon after on the 8th of Evening Star 4E122. They named him Hrundi Winter-Veins and he went on to become the latest Grand Battle-Mage for the Empire in the year 4E152. Before his raise though, he married into the powerful and ancient noble family - The Nibenay’s House Tharn in the year 4E141. His wife was named Ciccia Tharn daughter of the House Head Clillis Tharn a member of the Elder Council and a secret member of the Dark Brotherhood. They had their only child Meciro Winter-Veins on the 8th of Last Seed year 4E142.
A few months following her birth, The Great War for Tamriel started which devasted Cyrodiil. In that war, Fenevi lost her father, grandparents and great-grand parents when the The Aldmeri Dominion assaulted Cheydinhal killing most of the resident. Following the war’s conclusion in the year 174 of the 4th Era, she and her only surviving relative her mother, moved to Riften in Skyrim where she grew up learning the magical arts from her mother. She became very skilled Destruction, Conjuration, Enchanting and Restoration Magic. She also became skilled in Alteration and Illusion magic while also learning how to use the Bow. On the 15th of Evening Star year 4E186 her 16th year, she moved back to Cyrodiil joining up with the Emperor’s Palace Guards.
Five years after joining the Guards, on 5th of Second Seed year 4E191, she was transferred to the emperor’s special forces the Penitus Oculatus where she served as Inspector. There she took on several missions for 6 years raising up the ranks to Intendant. In the year 4E197 on 8th of Sun’s Dawn, she led a group of Inspectors on a secret mission to the Summerset Isles now known as Alinor, to assassinate Lady Arannelya of the Aldmeri Dominion. Following the successful assassination, news traveled to the heads of the Dominion about the death and orders were quickly handed down for the capture of her and her team. On the 12th of Mid-Year year 4E198 after a year of evading capture and many dead agents of the Dominion, she was captured and the remainder of her team killed. Unfortunately for Fenevi, the Empire had sent word that they had no knowledge of the mission implying that it was an unsanctioned mission. Therefore, in order to keep the peace between the Empire and Dominion, they completely abandoned Fenevi in her time of need. After the Empire’s proclamation was read aloud, orders were given to the headsman to cut her head off. Before this could happen however, Fenevi showed why she was so highly rated by the Empire by casting a powerful Illusion Spell of Invisibility and maintained it for 11 days as she dashed across Alinor evading and killing Dominion agents with her magical arts until eventually, she fled across the Abecean Sea to Hammerfell on the 23rd of Mid-Year.
News of her escape reached the Crowns, one of the governing bodies in Hammerfell and they offered her citizenship if she helps them to fight a war against the Forebears to which she agreed. On the 1st of Heathfire year 4E198, Fenevi after 3 months of battling the Forebears, settles in Elinhir, Craglorn, Hammerfell. This city was chosen due to the border it shares with Skyrim therefore, maintaining contact with her mother through the use of merchants. She eventually joined the Blackcaster Mages Guild stationed in the city as a Scholar. There she spent her days Improving her skill in Alteration and Illusion magic. On the 18TH of First Seed year 4E200, she received news from her mother regarding marriage to Ulfric Stormcloak, current Jarl of Windhelm. She sent a letter with a merchant congratulating her. On the 4th of Rain’s Hand year 4E200, Fenevi was promoted to Master Wizard.
On the 1st of Morning Star year 4E201, news came that the High King of Skyrim was killed by Ulfric Stormcloak effectively starting a rebellion against the Empire. Fenevi received a letter from her mother asking her to join Ulfric’s Rebellion serving him as his Chief Battle-Mage. She sent word to her mother that she will be there on the 17th of Last Seed year 201 4th Era after making the arrangements with the Guild Master. However, on the 5th of Morning Star year 4E201, news of Fenevi coming to Skyrim to join Ulfric, made it to General Tullius of the Imperial Army stationed in Solitude. Knowing how dangerous Fenevi is, he made arrangements to intercept her to convince her to return to the empire for her to be exonerated. On the 16th of Last Seed year 4E201, General Tullius and his 1000-man army, moved to first capture Ulfric Stormcloak as he was leaving Eastmarch, as to stop him from reaching Fenevi when she crosses the border Falkreath shares with Hammerfell. The ambush near Black Water Crossing however, proved to be a difficult battle with many of his men killed due the magical abilities of Torevi. She was eventually killed from a sneak attack. Ulfric surrendered soon after. General Tullius lost 450 men in that battle. On the 17th of Last Seed year 4E201, Fenevi as she was crossing the border, was confronted by General Tuulius who pleaded for her to return to Cyrodiil to rejoin the Legion as the new Grand Battle-Mage, in order to bolster their army for the upcoming battle against the Aldmeri Dominion. Fenevi paused to consider the offer but, realizing her mother was not there went on the offensive. That day she showed that she had surpassed not only her mother, but her entire family in a masterful display of magical dominance which saw General Tullius losing 530 of his men to her powerful magic. She was eventually captured due to her Magicka running low as she fainted from over use. General Tullius fearing her power, ordered his remaining mages to perform an ancient ritual not performed in over 401 years, to temporary nullify her magic so she can be transferred by to Cyrodill to stand trial.
Minutes after being captured and transported to Helgen, General Tullius decided against tranfering her to Cyrodill and ordered for her execution. Unfortunately, a dragon attacked the small town just as Fenevi was about to be killed, killing all of the residents and most of the remining men of General Tullius. Fenevi using that time to escape, made a decision to go with Hadvar a member of the Imperial Army as, he was the only one who showed her kindness before she was to be executed. Ulfric, her mother’s husband, had abandon her to the dragon. During their escape, they killed a few Stormcloaks rebels along the way and while Hadvar was not looking, she killed a few Imperials that survived the dragon attack. Hadvar again ask Fenevi to rejoin the Imperials to help bring the Civil War to an end while they traveled together to Riverwood the nearest town. Fenevi will have a tough decision to make.
Guilds:
Thieves’ Guilds
Three months after escaping Helgen, Fenevi returned to Riften and join up with an old friend Brynjolf one of the Vice Guild Masters of the Thieves Guild, who tried convince her to joined the Thieves’ Guild and the on 18th of Frostfall, in the year 4E201 she did. After spending several months learning, she quickly rose to the rank of Master Thief. She left the guild however, on the 23rd of First Seed year 4E202 following a betrayal by the Guild Master, Mercer Frey. She killed him for his betrayal.
Dark Brotherhood
Two months following the betrayal of Mercer Frey, Fenevi joined the Dark Brotherhood on the 5th of Second Seed year 4E202. It is an organization which her Great-Grand Father, Clillis Tharn secretly belonged back in Cheydinhall before his death. She displayed great skilled in the art of killing during time her with them by using her experiences from her days with the Penitus Oculatus, Fenevi quickly rose to the rank of Anbu by taking out hundreds of targets eventually being given the task of killing the emperor to which she gleefully accepted. However, she got the task from the Night Mother, the true figure head of the brotherhood, who as history implies, only spoke to the Listener, the leader of the brotherhood and, at that time when she joined, there was no Listener. This effectively made Fenevi the new leader of the brotherhood which unfortunately, angered the current leader Astrid, the Master Assassin who coincidentally, recruited her into the guild. Following the assassination of the Emperor, Fenevi was again betrayed, but by Astrid who had fostered hatred towards her after being replaced as the new leader. On 17 of Last Seed year 4E202, she left the guild after she killed her for her betrayal.
College of Winterhold
A month after leaving the Dark Brotherhood, on the 8th of Hearthfire, Fenevi joined the College of Winterhold where her great-grand father Yngnmor Winter-Veins, once served as Master Wizard. Starting out as a Wizard, she began studying the Nordic Ruins that dotted the land of Skyrim which eventually took her to Saarthal which as it was written in history, was the site of a horrible massacre by the Snow Elves against the Ancient Nords that came from the land of Atmora. There she along with a fellow scholar Tolfdir, found something known as the Eye of Magnus. What mysteries are behind this discovery.

Fenevi Role-Play – Perks and Guardian Stones
Fenevi though she has mastered a wide range of abilities, she primarily focuses on 7 disciplines. These are Destruction, Enchanting, Alteration, Archery, Speech, Alchemy and Conjuration.
Destruction
Fenevi loves the destruction school. For so many years this has been her go to for battles. She primarily uses flame magic to fight her battles, fully invested in improving the intensity of her flames. However, she stopped training it after realizing she was running after her opponents too often in battles after they been burnt a little. She further trained herself to be capable of casting her flame spells dually making her spells stronger. However, she felt that rune magic was too time consuming and costly so she didn’t train in that destruction discipline. In battles, she would relentlessly bombard the battle field with Fireball attacks and took great pleasure in watching her enemies burn to death. She also invested in Lightening magic, mastering it all the way up to being capable of turning her enemies to ash. However, she rarely uses these spells, prefer to save them for opponents she truly hates. These are Imperial Army members patrolling Skyrim’s roads, Thalmor Agents patrolling Skyrim’s roads, Necromancers – she truly despises these mages and Dragons.
Enchanting
Whenever Fenevi is not out battling or exploring, she passes the time to do some enchanting. She doesn’t make her own soul gems however; she hates capturing souls herself moreover, she only uses white souls not black souls in her enchanting. She in her pursuit to become a master enchanter, she exhausted the basics and from there, she mastered binding elements to weapons, armors and jewelry. But she however, felt there was more to enchanting, so she continued to train and became quite insightful to the point her enchantments on armors are 25% stronger. She continued to push, read all the books on enchanting until finally, she was capable of placing 2 enchantments on her armor which amazed her. In the pursuit of her research, she became capable of soul siphon but doesn’t use it, she felt it was necromancy; a disgusting magical art.
Alteration
Fenevi’s mother pushed her to master this magical art. Being an alteration master herself, Torevi taught Fenevi to resist 10% of magic, but warned her against evolving her mastery. Not listening to her mother, Fenevi went on to master magical resistance and after joining the Blackcaster Mages Guild she evolved that 30% resistance to 30% absorption. She always wondered why her mother warned against this, cause it felt good. Soon after joining the College, she found out why. It had something to do with her birth.
Archery
Fenevi learnt the bow by her mother’s guidance. But she truly learnt how to use it when she joined the Dark Brotherhood. She became a lethal archer when she invested heavily in the Overdraw perk. She further went on to master Eagle Eye and through use of the Eagle eye become capable of slowing down time for 25%. She was so stunned by her mastery that she tried to find out how far she can go to her surprise, she took her mastery to the next level now being capable of stopping time by 50%. Reaching a bottleneck in time stoppage disappointed, she decided to go for more critical shots gaining full mastery. This helped her a lot on her missions. She became a master at using her bow when she became capable of using it on the move which was hard to do at first. Amazed, she began improving her Power shot which she used to stagger guards to make her escape when caught. Then she realized that even though she staggered the guards, they recovered quickly and was closing in on her before she could fire another arrow. So, she began improving her draw speed and upon mastery, made her into the best Archer in the brotherhood.
Speech
Fenevi was never much of a talker, but after joining the Thieves Guild, she greatly improved that art. She became a smooth talker, convincing merchants to pay out more for her goods. Men were no match; they were especially weak to her tongue, can't resist giving her everything they have in their pockets to gain her favor. She became so good, that merchants started buying goods from her they don’t normally buy when they restock their stores. She reached the point that she began investing in businesses she likes. As a result, many merchants began buying stolen goods from her as a way to receive her endorsement. By the time she joined the college, her enchanting business grew to the point merchants began to have more cash on hand to pay for her goods. She didn’t really need to persuade or intimidate; they all fall victim to her charms in the end.
Alchemy
When Fenevi became an assassin, she invested her time to learn alchemy. She became quite capable exhausting the basics as a result. As she grew more skillful with the art, her healing and stamina potions became 25% stronger making Babette her teacher, truly happy. She continued her tutelage in between missions and became focus on improving her poisons. As she refines her skill, her poison became 20% stronger making her deadlier in field. Babette told her she should not stop there as there was more to alchemy. With that incentive, she continues improving until her potions’ effects became 25% stronger with this achievement, Fenevi improved her poisons even more making their effects last longer when applied to weapons. This mastery over poisons made her 50% immune to poisons from enemy attacks. This made it possible for her ultimately make her potions pure without negative or positive effects of her healing and poison potions respectfully.
Guardian Stones/Conjuration
Fenevi was born under the Guardian Sign -The Thief but for some unexplained reason her magical abilities grew much faster than any other of her skills. Upon reaching Skyrim, she tested her connections to the constellations and found out she was actually governed by The Mage constellation which surprises her. She had thought for years that given she was born in Evening Star, she thought that the Thief constellation governed her. She then thought back to what her mother said, “It had something to do with your birth.” Maybe it does. Soon After reaching level 30, Fenevi decided to test herself again to see which one of the mage’s constellational charges she is further governed by. It was the Atronoch constellation. Fenevi always wondered why she couldn’t cast certain conjuration spells properly now she knew. She spent the next year trying to figure out how removed the sign and choose another and to retrain her Alteration discipline. It was not until she joined the college at level 60, she, going through their library, found the book Stjarna, written by Ffoulke a Nord Astrologer who also wrote The Firmanment. This book was sealed in the Midden due to its description of a ritual known as Stjernespiser which means “Star Eater.” If performed, the user loses all their abilities they trained up in which ever constellation field they wish to switch to. It was a big risk, but Fenevi decided to take it. So, she switched to the constellation of The Lord which is governed under the Warrior Guardian as a result, she lost her skill in blacksmithing, blocking and one-handed. She will to retrain them. After this however, Fenevi was now capable of casting Atronoch spells which she was not able to do. This greatly improved her fight capbilities as she is now able to summon companions to the battle at will. She only uses though when she magicka levels are reaching critical limits and the fight is taking longer to finish. this allows her to recharge her magicka while she still dishes out damage using her bound bow.
