This build was created with the mod list Elysium.
Elysium is NOT required for this build. This build is an Vokrii build at heart.
If you wish to use this build without the entirety of Elysium then the barebones essential mods are as follows:
- Wintersun - Faiths of Skyrim: Adds religion and worship as well as many other deities from Elder Scrolls lore, each with their own shrines in the world.
The last 3 mods serve as an overhaul of enchantments for nearly all of Skyrim's unique weapons and armor.

- Dragonskin: Breton blood grants 15% chance to absorb an incoming spell into your magicka.
- Magic Resistance: Breton blood grants a 25% resistance to magic.
Vampire:
- Resist Disease: Your Vampiric blood gives you 100% resistance to disease.
- Resist Frost: Your Vampiric blood gives you 50% resistance to Frost.
- Resist Poison: Your Vampiric blood gives you 100% resistance to poison.

Frost effects:
Frost spells and effects are 40% more powerful
Frost spells inflict 15% weakness to frost for 10 seconds.
Opponents affected by Frost cloak get 25% weakness to Frost.
Frost cloak deals 25% more damage, and the damage persists for 5 seconds.
Frost spells freeze targets below 20% Health in a block of ice for 5 seconds
Deal double elemental damage to targets that are frozen
Frost spells are 10% stronger
Enchantments are 5% stronger
Enchantments are 10% stronger
Vampires deal 20% more damage with frost spells and effects
Foes within 40 feet suffer X% reduced magic resistance (based on favor with Azura) and can't absorb spells
Frost Weapons:
Inflict 30 points of frost damage to Health and Stamina.
Reduces frost resistance by 50% and a chance to freeze targets with less than -25% frost resist for 10 seconds.
Frost spells:
Weakness to Frost - Reduces enemy Frost Resistance by 50% for 30 seconds
Frost Cloak - For 60 seconds, targets in melee range take 8 frost damage to Health and Stamina per second.
Howling Blast: Casts a jet of icy wind that deals X damage per second to Health and Stamina. Targets caught in the stream lose 50 points of Frost Resist.
Shock effects:
Shock spells and effects are 40% more powerful.
Shock spells have 20% chance to silence targets for 2 seconds.
Opponents affected by shock cloak get 25% weakness to shock.
Shock cloak deals 25% more damage, and the damage persists for 5 seconds.
Shock spells have 20% chance to levitate targets for 2 seconds.
Deal double elemental damage to targets that are levitated.
Shock spells are 10% stronger
Inflict 30 points of shock damage to Health and Magicka with a 10% chance of calling a lightning strike from the sky, dealing 60 extra damage to dragons.
Enchantments are 5% stronger
Enchantments are 10% stronger
