So... She gave him a good death, I guess? She didn't sneak archer him, but it was kind of a one-hit-kill? He didn't fight back, so is it murder?

      The sword is hilt deep into the guys shoulder. I didn't think the legion made swords that sharp. Or is Talia just that strong?
