I don't like expect this to be seen or replied to but I don't know of many places who could help.
With a low HP character (assuming 10 END) with Survivor's Special which contains the Bloodied legendary effect - which for note, increases the damage it does the lower your HP is. Would it be better to go fully into Luck and nab Ricochet and Better Criticals perks or would 10 Intellegience for Nerd Rage be much better? There's barely any word of someone using Survivor's Special or low HP for things like this.
Ricochet has a low proc rate (on the wiki, there is no mention if it's with your low HP or not) while the Better Criticals perk will be used alongside Overdrive. Devastator's Armor pieces and/or Steadfast BOS Combat Armor will be used alongside it. No DLCS or mods - unsure whether to make this bloke like a few others (thanks to COVID) into a build and post onto the site or not.
