We understand making a great character build that others actually want to play is difficult. And while some are comfortable working on their build in private and releasing it when complete, others may desperately need a lot of guiddance along the way. Whats where this section comes in.

In this section you may post any half finished rough draft build your working if you're in need of guidance or just want a place for people to evaluate your work as you work on it. Here are some helpful guidelines to remember

-Ensure you include the term "WIP Build" to your title so it can be more readily distinguisable from completed character builds. Example - WIP Build: The Minuteman

-For those posting their WIPs here, please be open to constructive criticism. You wouldnt be posting your work here if you thought it was perfect to begin with, so please make an honest effort to take in criticism. 

-For those commenting, dont be an ass. It takes a bit of courage to share ones own creative ideas, so dont ruin it by trying to bring people down. Be mindful of how you critique. Focus on being constructive

-When your build is complete, feel free to repost it or let me or an admin know and we'll move it over to where the completed builds reside.

Hi everyone ! I need a place to post my WIP Fallout New Vegas builds so here i am ! I'm quite new to the game and inexperienced in it. I just completed one playtrough without doing the DLC and most of the quests the game as to offer. And i want to explore the game by building fun characters that combine immersive roleplay and engaging gameplay. 
One such character i had in mind was The Assassin. A cave diver who grew talented with explosives thanks to his years spent exploring the most dangerous tunnels of america, looking for treasure to sell. 
Today he's ready to put his talent for the commun good, as a loyal assassin working for the NCR. 
This build is inspired by the film Mad God, the paintings of Edith Birkin as well as the amazing videos of Sagan Hawkes on a certain FNV creepypasta. 

Like i said, i'm inexperienced with the game and i struggle to understand some of its mechanics, which is why i'm asking for your help and advices to improve this build or any future other character i might upload on this website. With that being said, let's dive into what i'm planning for The Assassin.

Backstory
Basically, he yerns for the mines since he was a child. He grew up in a familly of minors and learn to fill into the tinniest holes and crawl in the tighest galleries to search treasures and new fillons of minerals to exploit. He would then send his findings to strangers which make him talented with barter. 
One day he had to left for the Mojave where he took work as a courier. You know what happenned next 

Roleplay
He's loyal to the NCR but not blind to its flaws and its poor organization. However, he believe that a Mojave united under the flag of democracy is US best chance to rebuild itself because he believe in meritocracy and the law. 
He explore the caves of New Vegas looking for treasures to sell just like he did in his youth. 
He assassinate targets with explosives that the NCR tells him to kill. Because for him explosive are more reliable to kill something that a knife in the throat or a bullet to the head.

It kinda look like an occult fireman which is fitting for a guy talented with explosives, the bonuses are nice but i choose this outfit mainly because he looks like the protagonist of Mad God, whoms only name is also, convinently, the Assassin.

+ Any explosive you can find or craft 

The Assassin is talented with explosives but he also careful of his surroundigs and know that sometime they cant be used. This is why he also carries a fire axe if any ennemies come too close, if he's caught up gard or if he ran out of explosives. Whatever the dangers, The Assassin will always be ready with the right tools.
