A build based on the Aesir gods from Norse paganism, this build will have multiple branches depending on which deity you choose to play, starting with Odin. I will try to be brief. All builds will be Nords.
Odin
Intro
I came to this realm seeking knowledge. Instead, I was imprisoned by the Empire inhabiting this land. They seem to have mistaken me for some border-hopping criminal. I will play along with this ordeal for now. Perhaps I will learn something, after all. They also seem to have a college dedicated to gathering knowledge. I may pay them a visit.
Mods
While playing Odin, you will be using Destruction and Alteration magic. For this reason, I recommend Ordinator - Perk Overhaul and Odin - Magic Overhaul.
Magic
Use Alteration spells to get tankier. Use basic Destruction magic until you can get the rune spells, which will become your main method of dealing damage.
Shouts
Call of Valor fits, as Odin brought an army from Valhalla to fight at Ragnarok.
Stone
Lord
Destruction Perks
Alteration Perks
Thor
Intro
I hear the natives of this province have a bit of a giant problem. I shall slay them and save the locals.
Magic
Use Destruction shock magic, except Lightning Rune. You'll also want to put a shock enchantment on that hammer.
Weapons & Armor
Dwarven Warhammer - Add Shock damage enchantments, name "Mjolnir"
Shouts
Storm Call
Stone
Atronach
Appearance
Long, red hair; grown-out beard (As a Norse pagan, please don't make him look like Chris Hemsworth)
Heavy Armor Perks
2H Perks
Destruction Perks
Enchanting Perks
Heimdallr
Intro
The All-Father has gone on another journey for knowledge, and Heimdallr has been tasked with locating him.
Mods
Vokrii
Morningstar

Sons of Skyrim
Realistic Armors
Laro Perk Overhaul
Equipment
Stormcloak Officer Armor (Helmet not required, Face of Death perk used to compensate)
Any Two-Handed Axe
Bow
2H Perks
Archery Perks
Heavy Armor
Shouts
As the god who blows Gjallarhorn at Ragnarok, Call of Valor fits even better for Heimdallr.
Stone
Lord
Tyr
Intro
In a province facing destruction, justice can seem far from possible to uphold. In the dark, the Nords searched for a hero. They found Tyr, for he is courage. He is honor. He is justice.
Magic
Use Courage to empower your allies (Illusion).
Equipment
When the gods bound Fenrir, Tyr lost his hand. As such, you will fight solely with your right hand. This means you will use heavy armor and a one-handed sword.
Shouts
Disarm, Whirlwind Sprint
Stone
Lord
Heavy Armor Perks
1H Perks
Smithing Perks

Hey man, this is a decent start. However I'd recommend perhaps asking around for a perk spread, or at least cropping the image, cause the perks can be hard to read. Also I'd recommend adding in gameplay for each of em. Perhaps make each of the Aesir, and maybe later Vanir, as seperate builds.
No loki?
To be honest, I completely forgot about Loki. I will be making a build for him later on, though.
