1. a projecting part of a fortification built at an angle to the line of a wall, so as to allow defensive fire in several directions.

A glistening bronze figure steadily marches forward. A stoic crown upon his head. Fronted by an ancient, towering shield. The very foundations of Mundus and Aetherius seem to warp before him, devouring the very essense of the natural world. And yet... radiant. Life and Death. Fire and Ice. Light and Dark. The Elements and the Seasons. Bounding forth from that which consumed them an instant before.

No man, no mer. No steel, no sorcery can break through this fortification. Blades clank off the fortress of bronze. The elements break upon the mystical bulwark. Foes stumble before his might. The elements absorbed into his power now lay waste to all who stand before him. The ice cold fang of Winter. The swelting inferno of Summer. A tempest raging all around them.

Creation and destruction. The natural order. A gleaming citdel imbued by the seasons towers overhead. He brings the turning of their season. To return them from which they came. Born. Then consumed. First light. Now darkness. They have faced the Bastion of the Seasons.

Overview:

The Bastion of the Season is first and foremost a defensive character. His shield and armor protect him from both physical and magical attacks. He then builds upon his defenses with perks and powers to not only repel magical damage, but to absorb it. That absorbed magical power is then unleash. He will mainly do this through runes and cloaks to passively do damage, but he has an arsenal of elemental spells at his disposal. With his passive magical damage cast, he will engage enemies with sword and shield. His main weapons will be Sunder & Keening, Kagrenac's legendary tools. And when the situation is right, the Bastion of the Seasons will put down his shield in order to wield both Sunder & Keening in a flurry of blows. His high defensive capabilites allow for freedom and variety in his attacks.

Race: Breton

Dragonskin is the reason for the racial choice in this build. Breton magic resistance is an added layer of defense. The starter skills and spell will also help with leveling Conjuration and with getting some key perks earlier in the build. Breton's magical defenses make them an ideal choice for this build.

Stats: M 100 | H 340 | S 250

The Bastion of the Season will primarily focus on Health for survivability. Stamina will be necessary for blocking and bashing, but will eventually be suplimented by enchantments and the perk, Respite. He will rely on equipment enchantments and spell absorsion for his Magicka pool. The Bastion of the Seasons is not naturally gifted at magic. It is the artifacts he weilds that empower his magical abilities.

Standing Stone: Warrior | Lord | Atranoch

The final Standing Stone choice for the Bastion of the Seasons will be the Atranoch Stone. When combined with the Dragonskin racial ability, the Bastion of the Seasons will be immune to magical damage for a short time, while absorbing the magical attacks to fuel his own spellcasting.

Spell Breaker, superficially a Dwemer tower shield, is one of the most ancient relics of Tamriel. Aside from its historical importance in the Battle of Rourken-Shalidor, the Spell Breaker protects its wielder almost completely from any spell caster, either by reflecting magicks or silencing any mage about to cast a spell. It is said that Spell Breaker still searches for its original owner, and will not remain the property of anyone else for long. While blocking, creates a ward that protects against spells for up to 50 points.

Dwarven Crown of Autumn
Increases your Magicka by 50 points. Restoration spells cost 15% less to cast. Illusion spells cost 15% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 10% faster.

Ward of the Seasons
Increases Fire Resistance by 10%. Increases Frost Resistance by 10%. Increases Shock Resistance by 10%. Increases Poison Resistance by 10%.

Wraithguard
Resist shock, fire, frost, magic, disease, and poison by 10%. Increases Health and Stamina by 20 and Magicka by 50 when Keening is equipped. Increases the damage of one-handed weapons by 15% and stamina regeneration by 50% when Sunder is equipped.

Dwarven Boots of Eminent Stamina
Increases your stamina by 50 points.

Savos Aren's Amulet
Increase your Magicka by 50 points.

Ring of Peerless Blocking
Block 40% more damage with your shield.

Does 5 points of fire, frost, and shock damage each on strike. Does 15 points of damage to Stamina and Magicka on strike.

Keening
Absorbs 10 Points of Health, Magicka, and Stamina on strike.

Dwarven Black Bow of Fate
50% chance to absorb 25 points of Health, Stamina, and/or Magicka each on strike.

I hope you come back and finish this build at some point! Your format looks great, and you seem to have put a lot of initial work into it.
