I use to go to Tamriel Vault to find new and creative builds for Skyrim. Found this link on a forum and browsed the character builds and was hooked.
What Elder Scrolls games have you played?
Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim and ESO for the lore.
What Fallout games have you played?
Fallout New Vegas, 3 and 4 and a little bit of Fallout Shelter.
Do you get to the Cloud District often?
