After returning from the Dragon Break, with Dragonrend in hand, Alduin engaged him and Paarthurnax. Ararvyne made certain to remind him of who he was, that Alduin's intervention at Helgen freed the very thing that will destroy him, that his impatience and fear will be his demise.
Alduin was unfazed by this comment, until the two of them defeated him.
