Completely forgot that there's a Valerius family in Skyrim already, so I've decided he's just some distant cousin or something.
Lucius is a stabby-shooty type of dude, kind of a mercenary and hella pale. Don't mention the latter. Currently travels with Lydia and does whatever he damn well pleases.
