Welcome to my latest Fallout 76 build, the Civil Soldier. This historical figure uses Black Powder weapons to deadly effectiveness, using their high base damage to great effectiveness. High damage but slow reloads give a bit of a high stakes feeling to this character. If you can hit your shots you'll be fine. Miss your shots and you'll be Deathclaw food.
