Here's a recent one:
Flameglider - fortify one handed and resist fire damage
And when I feel lazy naming enchanted gear, I just name it after the soul I got from (ex: I named a blades sword Harkon out of a black gem with Harkon's soul in it and enchanted it with absorb health and chaos)
Kind of off topic but something I really like to do is taking all dragon bones collected from named dragons and naming the equipment after its corresponding dragon.
