Hey guys, I need some help. For reasons unknown to me, during Skyrim (either in battles, out in the wilderness or inside a building/dungeon), Skyrim seems to be freezing on me. Why I don't know, I have noticed when this happens my Disk (from the Task Manager) hits 100% and drops the moment, Skyrim stops freezing.
This all started up last Thursday (the one that just pasted). This has happened to me before, but it was never so bad.
I have only a few mods installed via the Mod Organiser. LOOT doesn't seem to be noticing any problems with my load order, so I don't think it has anything to do with that, or with my mods.
My specs for my PC are;
Processor: i7-6500 2.5GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeFore 940M with 4GB Dedicated VRAM
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1000GB (Actually 930GB (found out by going to 'This PC'))
OS: Windows 10 64bit
Others:
-ENB Series Version 0.319 (I believe I am only using ENBoost, but I might be wrong. The enblocal.ini is below)
-LOOT Version 0.12.4.0
-TES5Edit 3.2
-Mod Organiser Version 1.3.11
-SKSE Version 1.07.03
NOTE: ALL my mods etc (TES5Edit etc) were download last Thursday from the Skyrim Nexus (except for a one or two, can't remember which they were though, I know that the ENB Series is one.)
Here is some more additional info that might be needed;

Ok, that seems to be everything. If there is any questions or anything please let me know. There is a chance I have missed something, if so I apologise.
NOTE: I have tweaked (made backups first though), of my ini files, including the enblocal.
These problems started today, while I was play testing a revamp of my Divine Crusader.
NOTE: In the MO I keep having a conflict (shown below), this maybe the problem but I seriously doubt it. I will try verifying (and the cleaning my Masters again). While I am here asking, could someone please tell me in regards of the Merged Patch AND the USLEEP Swap Masters Script, I have had some problems trying to do it. (Faults on my end, due to not understanding somethings).
Also, for some reason both Undeath and my USLEEP (Undeath not installed during Divine Crusader, USLEEP was but noticed it wasn't showing the text for the Silver Sword (Especially deadly to Undead (something like that), maybe was intentional not sure). Here is the image of the conflict between Undeath and USLEEP.
Just checked and found out the Paarthurnax Dilemma, Undeath, Alternate Start all have conflicts with Undeath. Also can't seem to Set Data Directory for Sun Rune (not planning on using it, was following Beginners Guide to Modding on Reddit).

Thank god thats it. Sorry, all of that ^ came out a lot longer then planned AND expected. If you have any questions or anything, ask away. There is a chance that I might not reply to some questions within a few hours/that day. That is normal for me. I will be back ASAP (which will be around Wednesday/Thursday)

Couple things to start with:
Going back to your INIs, I can't promise that making changes to them will fix your issues, but I did notice a handful of settings that do not seem to be at the ideal value. For instance, you have iMaxAnisotropy set to 1, which I'm not sure if that's even a valid input (my understanding is it should either be 0, 2, 4, 8, or 16). I suggest starting by running BethINI (tick the radio buttons for "BethINI Presets" and "Recommended Tweaks", then select the Low preset and let it run, save and exit), then read through the STEP wiki guides for skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini, and make sure your values are in line with their recommendations with any further manual tweaks in Mod Organizer's INI editor.
Having said and done that, I'm going to be frank: With a 940M and 8GB of RAM, your computer doesn't seem like it's really going to handle Skyrim very well. Based on this quick comparison, your card is in a significantly lower tier than my old 760, which was a barebones card to run Skyrim on Medium settings at 60 FPS. I would not be at all surprised to learn that you're crashing because your rig cannot handle the game. You might be able to manage by reducing some settings like shadow resolution, grass density, etc. (or maybe even outright disabling them). Try setting iMaxAnisotropy to 0 too, might make a small difference. Hopefully BethINI will take care of that sort of tweak for you. You could also search around for performance friendly tweaks, I know similar threads have come up on /r/skyrimmods before and people with worse rigs have found success.
In terms of mods you could use that *might* help a bit:
Between the above mods, BethINI, and refining your INIs via the STEP guides, you may be able to get a reasonably stable game. You could also look into optimized textures or Ordenador, though I don't know how much of a difference those would yield.
Regarding your Update.esm conflict -- that should not be an issue. If you followed the reddit guide correctly, your Update - Cleaned file is being interepreted by Mod Organizer as a "new mod" that is "overwriting" the original game data, but the value being overwritten is identical to the expected value, so it's not actually a conflict at all.
Conflicts are not inherently a bad thing. You should check the Nexus descriptions for Paarthurnax Dilemma, Alternate Start, and Undeath to see if any of them have compatability notes and/or patches either for one another or for USLEEP. However, my guess is the conflicts between those mods are minor. I'd load them in the following order, unless the Nexus pages say otherwise (1 = lowest priority, i.e., being overwritten):
General rule of thumb is that USLEEP should be one of the first things you load after the official masters, and other mods should overwrite it. Furthermore, standard modding convention is to forward edits from USLEEP where applicable, so many mods that overwrite USLEEP actually include the USLEEP fixes natively. Others make minor edits that won't cause any issues even if they do overwrite USLEEP somewhere, and a few do include patches for USLEEP. I can't speak to Undeath specifically, but I am confident that Paarthurnax Dilemma and Alternate Start can both overwrite USLEEP without issue and with no need for a patch. If you don't see any compatability notes for Undeath, and it doesn't come packaged with a USLEEP patch, let me know. We can talk about how to inspect the conficts in TES5Edit, and if necessary, to forward the USLEEP edits. (Sidenote: There are a couple of Undeath add-ons that also include bug fixes and refinements; the original is quite outdated. Try looking those up -- I believe Immersive Lichdom and Classical Lichdom are the two main ones, one is more recent and better maintained but they may both be required.)
I'm not too sure what you're asking about the Merged Patch and Swap Masters script. I don't think either is relevant or necessary to you right now. The Swap Masters script is a tool that was really useful when the Unofficial Patches consolidated into a single patch, USLEEP. (Previously, you needed to download separate patches for each DLC.) Many old mods had the separate patches all tagged as master files, meaning users needed them in their load order for the mods to run. When USLEEP consolidated, many old mod authors had already left the scene, so the Swap Masters script was released for users to update those mods to only require the new USLEEP as a master. However, you are seriously unlikely to come across any mods in 2018 that still need this treatment. The Swap Masters script is good to be aware of in case you ever do find a mod that specifically requires the old unofficial patches as masters, but until then, you're fine without it. As for making a Merged Patch, I don't think it's really applicably to you yet either. The purpose is basically to try to forward as many edits as possible to help ensure large load orders don't lose out on usable edits when many small conflicts exist. I don't think you need to worry about making a Merged Patch until you have 100+ esps (and even then, you could probably make do without it, honestly). But if you have a specific question about them, I'll be happy to try to answer.
Alright, information overload. I hope this helps you out. Let me know if you have further questions, followup, etc.
Wow that is surprising. Without actually looking at specs I would have assumed a GTX 940M would run Skyrim just fine.
Alright, I'll try to answer all of what you said. Here it goes;
1) I am currently using the Legendary Edition (sorry I forgot about that) and never knew about this 'pastebin' or BethINI (I'll look it up)
2) Not sure, if I mentioned it or not, but Skyrim (LE) is saying the default for the game is High (via Skyrim Launcher)
3) I have used the redditt Beginners Guide to Modding (can provide link if need be), and wasn't sure in regards to Update conflict.
4)Hehe, sorry about the Max Antiropsy, I'll fix that up. But MO seems to be using another INI file which is different so it shouldn't effect it. I think.
5) In regards to USLEEP, and my other mods that have been conflicting, I have been using LOOT for the Load Order.
6) While I think of it, I installed Memory Blocks Log, last weekish and my Skyrim had stopped lagging and freezing. No problems at all. Fast Forward it to now, and it is freezing. According to the Log, my Block 1 is going up to 180-200MB, whereas it was only hitting roughly 125MB. Give or take. Not sure what is causing this problem.
7) About the Lichdom, I have followed that through last week and downloaded the needed mods. I haven't installed them via MO, though, as I don't need them in the current Build/Playthrough/Character.
8) Seems fair about the Masters and the Merged Patch. I simply wasn't sure. I'll try to get the INI files from MO and post them below via pastebin.
If I have missed something let me know.
Since I can't edit my reply.
Would Patches not being installed anymore have any effect? (Having the USLEEP installed, then uninstalling it later)? For example of course.
