Welcome one and all to my first full Fallout 76 build! This character is a Charisma based sniper, someone who works perfectly in a team but also can handle themselves solo if need be.

I thought this game was a dumpster fire. But seeing this video gives me some hope. Hopefully they rework the perk system to create better synergy between characters.
It's had a lot of early problems but it's not beyond saving. It's going to take time for the game to improve but, as long as Bethesda sticks with it, it could eventually be something anyone can enjoy.

Cheers, still working out to some extent just how to make regular builds with the game but it was a good start.
