Vile Art of Necromancy - Has some pretty sinister stuff in it, even if you aren't a Necromancer. And speaking of...
Undeath (Immersive Lichdom) - Many mages turn to Lichdom in an attempt to extend their lifespan in the pursuit of knowledge and power, and this particular mod is the best out of all of them for that purpose.
Caranthir Tower Reborn - Not an evil mod persee, but the original owner had a forbidden lab that contains a sinister scroll. Whomever unlocks the scroll's secrets will gain great power. Also the aesthetics of the lab are pretty wicked.
M'rissi's Tails of Troubles - Gives you the option to play as a sadistic owner to M'rissi. You can use her as a slave if you so desire.
Spectraverse - Magic of the Magna-Ge - Has two paths, the Luminous and Tenebrous, and which one you side with will determine which Destruction spells you can access.
Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim - Has some really baller spells that help you feel like a true master mage.
Daedric Entity Restoration Project - D.E.R.P.- Good for a conjurer. Grants access to a large assortment of summonable Daedra, some of which can be summoned and added like followers.
A Sword Accursed - A double-edged Greatsword, but it can be used by mages due to the way it works. For me personally, it feels a little OP, so I'd only recommend it on a mage character, since on any character that uses 2H it'll feel way too strong. Plus the sword draws on your Magicka while it's active, and the Vampire who first wields the blade has equipment that buffs a mage's ability to fight in close quarters.
These are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head.
